About Frontier Commons
We exist because the world needs formed leaders—not just trained ones.
Why We Started
International students are among the most recruited, optimized, and under-formed people on earth. Universities want their tuition. Employers want their talent. Governments want their skills. Everyone wants something from them.
But who is forming them? Who is asking about their character, their calling, their faith? Who is investing in who they are becoming—not just what they can produce?
Frontier Commons exists to fill that gap. We form globally minded leaders at the intersection of faith, vocation, and responsibility—before the world claims them.

Our Faith Commitment
Frontier Commons is rooted in historic Christian orthodoxy. We are ecumenical in spirit—welcoming participants from various denominational backgrounds—while holding to the core convictions of the faith as expressed in the Nicene Creed.
We believe faith should be the integrating center of life, work, and leadership—not a compartment. Formation happens in community, through practices, over time.
